AGENTIFY + WATO

Shared agent context or authoritative work?

Wato and Agentify are adjacent, not interchangeable. Wato documents one governed way for multiple AI clients to access team tools and memory. Agentify is built around keeping the work, authority and evidence outside those execution sessions.

THE DIFFERENCE

Wato centers the gateway. Agentify centers the work.

Wato's current documentation shows a remote MCP server for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other MCP clients. Through that gateway, clients can use team-scoped memory and approved tools, with OAuth authentication and team scoping.

Agentify's current model keeps application-owned work state, assignments, execution attempts, bounded capabilities, human decisions and surrounding evidence outside a single client session.

If the main problem is consistent context and tools across AI clients, Wato may be the more direct fit. If the main problem is who owns the work and how completion is recorded, Agentify is solving a different layer.

FIT

Choose based on the layer you need.

Wato is likely the better fit when…

  • Your team already works in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or other MCP clients.
  • Your immediate need is one governed memory/tool layer shared across those clients.
  • You want to standardize context and connectors without adding a separate work system.

Agentify is likely the better fit when…

  • The work must persist independently of the execution client or model session.
  • Assignments, human authority and execution attempts need application-owned records.
  • Completion needs to be grounded in external state such as CI, review, handoff or a resulting business record.

CAN THEY WORK TOGETHER?

Potentially, yes.

A reasonable architecture could use Wato as a governed context/tool provider for an execution path while Agentify owns the surrounding work lifecycle. That is an architectural possibility, not a currently claimed Agentify–Wato integration.

Agentify's comparison posture is therefore integrate where useful; do not force replacement where the products solve different layers.

BOTTOM LINE

Context is not the same thing as work.

Wato gives AI clients a governed way to reach shared context and tools. Agentify keeps the organizational record of the work outside the execution client. Buyers may need one, the other, or both.
